 This training schedule is very intensive and would be done to this extent only by the boxers who are at the peak of their training cycle in preparation for a fight. Morning
- 06:00 - Warm up/Stretch
- 06:10 - 10 km. Run
- 07:10 - Drills (Knees, Kicks Teeps and Punches on the bag)
- 07:30 - Shadow Box (5 to 6 rounds)
- 08:00 - Bag Work (4 to 5 rounds)
- 08:25 - Pad Work (2 to 5 rounds)
- 08:50 - Clinching/sparring (alternate days up to 5 rounds)
- 09:15 - Drills (as before)
- 09:35 - Exercises (sit ups push ups chin ups)
- 09:50 - Shadow Box (2 to 3 rounds)
- 10:05 - Cool Down Stretch
Evening
- 16:00 - Warm Up/Stretch
- 16:10 - 3 to 5 km. Run
- 16:35 - Skip (4 rounds)
- 16:55 - Shadow Box (5 to 6 rounds)
- 17:25 - Bag Work (6 to 8 rounds)
- 18:05 - Pad Work (5 to 6 rounds)
- 18:35 - Clinching/Sparring (alternate days, 5 to 6 rounds)
- 19:05 - Drills (as morning)
- 19:25 - Shadow Box (3 to 4 rounds)
- 19:40 - Cool Down Stretch
