Here we give you a closer look at the 4 core Insights types and also identify your 'opposite', the type you have most difficulty selling to, approaching as a member and motivating as a member of your Martial Arts School Team.

In previous Surgery E-tips we covered the basics of identifying your own personality type. Here we give you a closer look at the 4 core Insights types and also identify your 'opposite', the type you have most difficulty selling to, approaching as a member and motivating as a member of your team.

Firstly, lets identify your core type:

Good-Day.gifWe each have all these strengths, but will have one or two dominant energies or colours. But how do you use your strengths? And more importantly how do others 'perceive' the way you use them?

Look at the wheel on the right and order the colours from 1-4, 1 being most like you and 4 being least like you and then take a look below at the descriptions of your first 2 choices........ and don't forget, we each have all these colour energies, It is the different degrees and intensities we use them that make us the unique individuals we are.

Now that you have chosen which is most dominantly you, click on the colour energy below to find out more. Even more interesting is to click on your 'opposite' colour energy. Consider the judgments you make on people who have a preference for using this colour energy. Chances are that just becuase they are not like you, it is very easy to not see or value their strengths, but only their weaknesses from your perception...... and again remembering that there is not 'good or bad' or 'right or wrong', just a personal preference.
