The National Association of Karate and Martial Art Schools Print E-mail

The National Association of Karate and Martial Art Schools (NAKMAS) is a UK national governing body for martial arts schools or many disciplines. Founded in 1992 the association is chaired by Joe Ellis (6th Dan). NAKMAS is one of the largest national goverming bodies and alongside the KUGB represents many small Shotokan clubs.
