hi everyone right finding your way right

back in the days i started ok sometime ago some people just though
finding my way was not easy and its easy to lost it when your art worked for you one time then did not the next

ok why this happened was to the fact that i start in old school karate

this was because it takes time to become goodand the next fight your in you do not know how your fighting

so i recomed that if you go the traditional way also do some boxing as well as this can be picked up faster

or a freestyle as well both are good but you need to protect yourselfs from the word go and traditional will give you this in time but time is to short

and remember its not what you do its the way that you do it
