Hello there. I'm a 31 year-old girl who's come to martial arts late in life, relatively speaking. I did some muay thai when I was in my early to mid-twenties but due to a change from student to working life (and making work my priority) I ended up stopping it all until last summer (2007) when I took it up again, and added a little kickboxing.
I train two-three times a week and am actively trying to shift fat which is so much tougher than it was when I was younger
