Always been a bit of an odd forum for me.
I joined 2001 I think, but I rarely post/view there now.
CMA forums of note, are hard to come by I find.
There is some great material on KFMO if you know where to look though.

I speak the truth though, the debates on here are far better, no egos, unlike what I have witnessed on that site.
Like Mule said, it is a good site if you know where to look, but their deabtes usually rest of Choy Le Fut and what techniques you could use to fight a dog attacking you!!!!!

just hung up my trench coat and thought i'd say hallo to all.
it feels all nice and fuzzy now i've taken the plunge.
i've got friends now, yippee. never had any before.
cant think why though as i got the breath and body odour thing sorted but still they didnt want to know me.
people can be so cruel. life can be so hard.
time for a groupd hug. ( mental note check armpits before attempting to raise arms to hug.... oops need an emergency top up !!!)
