Hi everyone (1) 6 Months, 1 Week ago  
Just registered so thought I'd say hi.

I've practiced Karate and Tai Chi for around 40 years and run the Shi Kon Martial Arts Centre in Chatham Kent UK. I'm Chairman of the Shi Kon Martial Arts group and the Martial Arts Standards Agency. My website is www.shikon.com for anyone that wants to know more.

Some of you may know me as a regular columnist for MAI and other MA mags over the last 25 years.

boy, the name Rowe must have some subliminal tie to the martial arts for us to have 2 Rowes on here that are both seasoned martial artists.

These days I'm going to and from Suffolk to train with Alex Kozma. Still plodding on with Taiji, just started learning some Bagua now too
