Hello people

Right... an introduction

I've just started training in WingTsun at WT North in Leeds, probably been there 3 months and really enjoying it. I've not studied any martial art before as i 'never got round to it'.

The reason i chose WT is i'm quite a practical person and after researching a number of martial arts, most of which were traditional sparring MA i was pointed in the direction of WT. Read up a lot on it and decided to give it a try.

Although not as physically taxing as some MAs i find its practical applications and the theory behind it fascinating and i can fit it in with the various cardio workouts i do to up my fitness level.
