Personally I'd save your money and don't worry about all the herbs. There is zero evidence to back up any of those claims, so why bother?
Healthy eating is likely to do alot more than smearing some plants on it.
I have read a few of your posts in the past Tartovski and you seem to be quite cynnical about alot of things, which of course makes for interesting conversation

....
But you say there is no proof?
Well there are in fact millions of people who have used and felt benefits from herbs and ointments. Also what you fail to realise is that most modern medicine came from older traditional medicines like herbs and plants and still use certain plants as a bases for some drugs.
Fact is that none of these are a miracle cure but they can give you pain relief, help you relax, strenthen your digestive system etc and I will agree that a healthy diet can also be effective of course but many people and doctors have suggested the use of joint supplents from natural sources.
The ancients have been using herbs for generations and as a healing method does in fact work and the proof is all the millions it has helped. If you constantly looking for scientific proof then research into the natural benefits of herbs for the organs as they are proven to effect the body in various ways but as with most things on this world some people say it works, other people say it doesn't that goes for doctors and scientists aswell.
Its a method of assisting the body to heal not to cure.
