As some of you may or may not know we spent a good couple of months last year working with various martial artists to film video tutorials for the site. Well, one of the martial artists we worked with was Chris Crudelli, creator and star of the hit TV shows Mind Body and Kick Ass Moves and Kick Ass miracles..
