Have just been watching the BBC Breakfast news and there was a report that Tai Chi is now indicated in helping those with Diabetes.

Good to see western doctors are starting to open up a little.

It's been stated for many years that Taijiquan and Qigong can help those with diabetes.

The only problem is that it still requires correct Taijiquan or Qigong training from a competent teacher; and it is these kind of teachers that are unfortuanetly running thin on the ground.
The kind of teachers you find at local community centres or sports centres teach an incredibly poor form of line dancing, no genuine Taiji or Qigong.
