What I also love is when you are taught something, which at the time you cannot grasp totally, then a month later you get the eureka moment! I love that!

For me I would say, its focus on harmoney with mind and body, the opponent, environment. I have done wing chung for quite a while and have just started Tai Chi, there is this constant mix of stillness and movement.

For me, I enjoy all the aspects of Taijiquan, BaguaZhang & Xing Yi Quan.
The combative aspects are simple and effective, and the arts promote full body health and fitness.
I hear your comment on the Crane. Why of the styles of kungfu I study is the White Crane: the balance, and the pure essence of the crane is light yet so destructive
