This video is absolute rubbish.
The "master" may or may not be skilled. We will never know from clips like these, as his students respond in a way to make their master appear highly skilled, instead of just letting him do it himself.

I think it may be based on a Marx Brothers or one of the three stooges films
they always did this thing in a staged fight sequence
