...about your style of Kungfu or Taichi etc?

Mine, is the completeness. The grace and quickness of the crane along with the power and ferociousness of the Tiger.

What I also love is when you are taught something, which at the time you cannot grasp totally, then a month later you get the eureka moment! I love that!

Obviously I come from a TKD background...

But what I appreciate about the chinese arts, when done correctly is the level of self expression.

A well executed chinese form is a beautiful thing.

For me I would say, its focus on harmoney with mind and body, the opponent, environment. I have done wing chung for quite a while and have just started Tai Chi, there is this constant mix of stillness and movement.

For me, I enjoy all the aspects of Taijiquan, BaguaZhang & Xing Yi Quan.
The combative aspects are simple and effective, and the arts promote full body health and fitness.

The complex simplicity of it all. The 1st art I studied was Pang Gai Noon Ryu Karate it was taught to Kanbun Ueichi while he was in China.

The balance of the crane, the power of the phoniex, gods there are days I miss my practice sessions.

I hear your comment on the Crane. Why of the styles of kungfu I study is the White Crane: the balance, and the pure essence of the crane is light yet so destructive
