Guys,

Obviously we are been very careful to develop the forums slowly so as the more people who sign up and contribute... the more we expand the subsections in the forums. That way we are not creating a negative image of how Martialedge works!

At the moment we have four main discussion areas...


Does anyone have any requests for new sections?

possibly one to discuss articles published by martial edge?

Maybe a teacher's corner.

A section of the forums where teachers of whatever style can post questions as well as compare tips and warmups etc. Disucssions on venues, tricks of the trade and so on.

Particuarly think things like Lesley's "Teaching students with special needs" is along the line of things I'm going for.

Beedham, good idea about the article discussion. At the moment you can comment on articles but it might be a nice touch to have a section in the forum specifically for this. Will look into this...

LSD a teaching section is a must, this will probably be more feasible when the site has officially been launched as we are currently working on a system to create special seperate profiles for teachers/instructors.
