Well its official now. The 1st San Mai Master's Challenge Graduation Camp is set for the end of June, 2008. The capstone of a 6 month physical, mental, and spiritual challenge for about 22 of our schools students.

Our camp will be having clinics on Taekwondo, Yoga, Tai Chi/Kung Fu, Pang Gai Noon Ryu Karate-Do, and Combat Hapkido. Philosophical chat sessions as well as family roundtable discussions. There is a land a plenty for hiking and nature seeing. There is also a confidence building course available.

Me and Dan are so psyched about this camp. Can't wait.

Well, camp 1 was a big success. I know all involved had a great time. We had 9 present including mprowe and myself. The challenge course was certainly the highlight of our camp, and took us around 3 1/2 hours to complete. My forearms and hands are too tired right now to make a proper fist, lol!
