Ok time for another newbie question
My favorite fist technique is by far the leopard fist from shaolin kung fu (also seen in certain styles of ninjutsu from what I've heard, though I don't think it has the same name). Since I've kinda wrecked one of my nuckles, on my main hand at that I figure that it might be a good idea to start putting more focus on my training in terms of developing the leopard fist (btw i wrecked my nuckle on a wall not someones face, I'm not a brawler

). I was wondering if anyone has any tips on conditioning for the leopard fist or maybe some other pointers.
Ps. I've basically learnt how to perform the leopard fist via reading and watching stuff on the internet so...
