Well i am kind of new in the martial arts. I am learning bando from a friend. I want to know if there is somthing on the internet that tells me how to practise at home. i realy donīt have a punsching back so i hope somebody knows somthing because i realy want to learn to figth. So i hope somebody can help me whit this lol

Well it depends what exactly your trying to learn?
If you want to learn to fight go into your local and start an argurment, if your wanting to learn the martial arts that my friend is a whole different game.

ok i want somthing like bando. I like alot vale tudo and thinks like that but you canīt find anything in internet were you can learn from. If anybody knows a place were i can find the moves on the internet please tell me.
Some martial arts i search for on th internet are
mauy tai, vale tudo, Kramagan,lendo, bando if some body know were i can learn this from the internet plz tell
