I think this is sad, but is a sign of times in China, as commercialisation takes over, quantity becomes the focus, quality will become less. But you will always get crazy instructors, but who are they answerable too?

Seemingly noone. Thing is there are so many schools round there and so may students that no one really seems to control what happens. It may never happen again but once is one time too many.

It is disgusting, but it is also disgusting that they are considering closes down ALL private kung fu schools, simply because of one isolated incident. Correct me if I’m wrong but didn't it also mention that a child had been beaten to death for not cleaning a toilet, from my understanding that appeared to be from a regular school so surely the problem is one more widespread then that simply of the kung fu schools, which i imagine generally are quite respectable places and hold a lot of tradition for china. it is a sad world that things like this have to happen, an isolated incident ruining a great tradition.
