Nice one Tonyli,

They look like fun too

I'll keep an eye out for your book
Have you thought about putting your book on amazon UK??
They might distribute it for you??

Just a thought..

That's a great idea. Thanks! It's on amazon.com (US) already, but not on UK. I'll look into it!

(At the risk of sounding a right idiot) Hope you don't mind me asking Steve - could you please elaborate on the walking - i.e. how difficult you make it etc?

You don't sound like an idiot. I'm probably an idiot for including it!

The walking is a functional thing really to get from work to where I train. The only difficult thing about it is in the rain (got soaked on Wednesday!) and the fact I have my kit on my back. The reason I put it down was to show that you can get something out of "down time", but isn't exactly hardcore!

Putting down what I currently do has helped show me that I do have room to add more without a huge impact on my free time. I should have a new plan to start on next week to get fitter. I've been using the excuse of some niggling injuries recently, but they seem to have cleared up so I need to stop making excuses and just get on with it!

Have to say thanks to everyone who has contributed to this thread. It has helped kickstart me into a bit more action.
