The Way of the Warrior 3 Months, 3 Weeks ago  
When interviewing someone recently, he mentioned a TV series that was shown on the BBC in the early 80s. It was called Way of the Warrior and it was a potted travelogue and history of the major martial arts.

Did anyone ever get to see it? Any remote chance of anyone having a copy? Or how I could get it myself?

I remember this back in the day.
Found some of it on youtube;






Loks like each of the eight programs was broken up into four or five parts.

Yh it was a great series. Especially the Wing Chun with Master Simon Lau (I would say that though!).

THere is a book coming out soon of the same name but is not related to the series but it is authored by Chris Crudlelli.

Ahhh yeah I watched it a while back, Dennis Waterman sounding posh! Was interesting to see all the arts, and I liked the simplicity of it. Mind ,Body Kick Ass Moves was good ,but I did like Way of the Warrior.

There was a book by the same name printed to accompany this series. I was lucky to find a copy in a local second hand book store.
An excellent addition to the series, and it gives a bit more info as well.
