Hey guys,

as modern martial artists I think we all realise the importance of a healthy mind and healthy body in relation to whateve discipline or style it is you practice.

With that said sometimes it is just difficult to get out of bed extra early to head down to the gym before work or to refuse that extra pint of lager or slice of cake.

With that in mind I thought this thread could be a place to post inspirational quotes or motivational stories, in other words a place to come when you need that extra kick to push you harder through the day.
