Where are you located again?


I bet Ed could find you a Parkour group if he knows the town....

Like Martial Arts there is a massive community out there.

I live in Leicester, and I'm not entirely sure there are many walls here that can be climbed without taking you somewhere you are not legally entitled to go.
There's a neat surface I've been up and down a couple of times at the train station, and a spiffy underpass, but that's seriously it.

How do you find places to practice this stuff?

so you mean, even though i can't do back flips and fancy other flips, i can still do parkour because i can run and jump and roll and slide and slip through gaps?

in the UK, some free running or parkour experts gave a crash course in free running or parkour to a group of royale marines in Briton

Spent twenty minutes trying to do a handstand against the wall of my house tonight.

Neighbours must think ive lost it!
