no taekwondo or strenuous exercise for me now for a good few weeks.
As mentioned in an earlier thread, my back has been giving me some trouble and i was going to see a doctor or something about it. but last friday i did something to upset the old back and now walking and sitting and pretty much anything hurts quite badly,
i'm going to see a specialist about it but in the meantime taekwondo is a no no, no point in risking permanent damage as i know how funny backs can get in later years.
anyway, ive got some time to get fat now ready for winter
