Yeah when I first started training, from white belt to around green belt I had alot of back problems. Physio, Tai Chi and finally a chiropractice to get the thing sorted out! Looking back from a personal perspective it was, what I believe my body getting used to new forms of movement. Basically they were not up to scratch and my core strength (i.e. stomach etc were weak).
My advice would be to go see the doctor and tell him how its affecting your mobility and that the pain is bad. (When your a young guy they just fob back pain off!!) Hopefully you can get an assessment from a trained physiotherapist and see what the problem is and research like hell what exercises you can incorporate into your training to reduce and eventually stop the pain.
Although my back is alot better now, I still get pain occasionally particularly after an explosive kick session.
But dont worry, it will be ok!
