Had a search around for you, but, while btter informed. couldn't find any information on exercising and what to avoid.
I tend to find that modern healthcare is geared towards getting you back on your feet and little else.
How about contacting the Physio for your local Soccer team on a private basis?
While these guys are focussed on maximising performance for sport, don't ignore any 'long term' implications.
