I bike 14 miles into work Mon and Wed with 3 hours of WT training in the evening after work.
Tues, Thurs and Fri i do 4 mile runs at lunch sometimes with some stretching in the morning before work.
I usually relax/do social things at the weekend unless its a nice day when i go for another run.
I don't currently do any weights or core stability as i'm trying to work on Cardio to carry on loosing some weight. I reckon i might start doing some core Stability excercise though.
Problem is i have issues with lack of energy. I eat pretty healthily and don't drink much but sometimes i just don't seem to have any energy to get outside and do some excercise.

I'm no fitness expert but it takes time to build up. In the last few months I have increased my training significantly to 5/6 days and incorporate weights 2 days a week. It's really tough and I feel exhausted some days but it's about eating properly and hydrating. I now take a whey protein shake every day which helps my recovery. My schedule is Mon- kf/mma tues- cardio/weights weds-off thurs-sparring fri- cardio/weights/sparring sat- mma sun- cardio/sparring. Make sure you eat plenty of good stuff. I started upping my schedule without eating enough and I couldn't get out of bed one morning, when I did I fainted, so it's really important.
Sounds like you've maybe gotten into a monotonous routines.
How about changing everything completely?

As you travel to the mountain, there may be people ahead of you. You may pass some of these people on the way, and some of them may pass you. You are all going to the same place, so it is as well to be civil to each other on the journey!
Good luck on your journey, I hope that our paths cross, and we may travel together for a time!

I think that may have something to do with it. I get settled and when i comes to getting up and doing something its that much more difficult. Like getting out of bed when its cold outside
I have to admit that my willpower is increasing however. A year ago you'd never have seen me voluntarily getting up at 6am to bike 14 miles into work, or going for a run at lunch.

Sounds to me Tom you might need a bit of a rest or a change of routine.
You are also doing a full time job and that can take it out of you. This means you are getting up early, a long cycleinto work and training on top of that, that's enough to wear anyone out!
I know that I'm getting tired as I'm getting to the end of term, so I'm taking that into consideration when I'm training and not giving myself a hard time when training doesn't go as well.
I also find myself peaking and troughing when training ie, I'll step it up when I've got a competition or grading coming up and step back when I haven't, I can't keep up a full on regime when I've got a full time job as well.
I think we need to put less pressure on ourselves!

To be honest i find routine the only way i can effectively make myself excercise. Also i need a goal which currently is based around my WT training and loosing some more weight. Once the weight is lost i intend to tone some muscle and work a lot on Core Stability, flexibility and sensitivity.

I find putting pressure on myself works better really. I know what my goals are and until I reach them I give myself a hard time ,whether it is work or training.
Yep, definitely quality rest. I think it's perfectly possible to have a full on regime as well as working full time. Though it also depends what else you do.I'm pretty sad and don't go out much,I don't drink either,so I try and make use of my time training. It's really important to me so it doesn't feel like I am losing out on anything.
My bf knows not to wake me up on a Saturday morning as I have a long sleep Friday night and get up late ,that seems to work well.

Its good to know that. I'm just trying to see if I can get some kind of balance in my life; my MA training is starting to take up more time, but like you say, its important to me, and I abolsutely love it.
I also find, like yesterday I was sat at the computer all day and I was shattered by about 5pm - and if I miss training my energy can drop.
The opposite is true - and if I exercise, I rest better as well.
