Exactly, I think being at a desk all day seems to zap your energy but it's only your mental energy really. Start training and you feel better. Thing is it takes a while to realise that. For ages if I was tired when I got home from work I would skip training but eventually came to realise I felt fine once I was there and warmed up properly. I also sleep lots better too, when I had a month off recently due to a rib injury my sleep pattern went completely mad and I felt dreadful.
I had the same problem and I realized I wasn't taking enough protein and water. Once I adjusted my diet I felt fine. You are doing a great amount of activity, so you can analyze your food intake and adjust it according to your daily activity.
Just throwing it out there.... way way out there....
But on an energy level, if your body or mind is stressed or even if people around you have been negative you can feel a bit of an impact on your energy. When your charged people will sub conciously try to suck bits away from you, either by being arrogant or rude, insulting, just negative even people moaning alot can bring you down.
Be aware of yourself and keep your mind and spirit protected and charged. All the food and exercise is very important but this is just another take on things.
If your doing an office job in front of a PC, go out at lunch, relax, breathe deep and move around. I have to do that everyday or I fall asleep in the afternoon!
Also Englands weather really doesn't help our energy levels and some people are more sensitive to it than others.

I totally agree with you here. Other people's negativity can suck the life out of you - I find this particularly at work.
Being a line manager at work, I have to find a way of 'comparmentalising' other people's (sometimes) constant whinging otherwise they will drag you down mentally.
However, I find the students' rudeness fuel for the fire and this is when the martial arts help here as when other teachers are ready to back down with a particularly difficult child, I just dig my heels in!
Anyway, enough of my environment - the weather really doesn't help at the moment as the constant drizzle saps your enthusiasm.
