P90X 9 Months, 1 Week ago
I plan on starting this program come June. I tried one of the programs while on holiday to see what it was all about, and man did I feel it for the next 2-3 days!

Has anyone else tried it on the forum or has heard of it?

Re:P90X 9 Months ago
I started P90X about a month ago. And all I can say that it is so far worth every penny I paid. I learned a few new exercises and the program is well put together for the rotation so the body has a harder time adapting to the workouts.

GOD THE PLYOMETRIC is a KILLER!

I plan on starting P90X in June myself. I'm waiting for a student who is a good friend of mine to drop a little bit more weight, and finish the current challenge that I have him on. Then I think he'll be ready to tackle P90X with me.

Re:P90X 8 Months, 3 Weeks ago
The program is not too bad, and after doing the routines a couple of times you really don't need the video, if you understand the exercises, just a timer and and some space.

The biggest challenge on the whole program for me is the pull-ups, I'm doing assisted ones right now and it really hurts the ego. I used to be able to crank pull ups like it was nothing. Granted that was 15 years ago and 50 pounds lighter. But Each day I'm getting closer to doing more and more like I once did.

I just did another one of the programs and am feeling it right now..chest and tris!! Even though I try to workout on a regular basis, this program is still challenging to where it just simply kicks my butt
