Went to try out a capoeira club yesterday and had a really good time! Its close to where I live and everything so I think this could be the club I finally get settled with here in Oslo. However, stupid little man that I am I didn't stretch my neck muscles and ended up doing something to my neck when we where doing head stands.
It only hurts when I bend my neck in a certain manner or when I move my neck to fast, so I doubt its anything to do with the vertebrae, I'm guessing at a torn muscle. Anyway I was wondering, does anyone here have any tips on how to speed up the recovery of such an injury?
