training up 3 Months ago  
hi

i was wondering weather any of you know of any all round workouts or circits that i could try out to all round get in shape and increase my staminer any advice welcome. as i am getting fed up with the circit i am doing at the moment and have been doing for about 2 years. so i am looking for a change. does anybody no of any fittness programs that are free (im an average student tight) so all coments welcome

Ok here is the Plyometric workout - sorry i would have posted it sooner but it was at home and I was on AT.

Each exercise is done for 30 seconds

Section 1
Squat Jumps - From a neutral position do a controled squat and then jump straight up, land soft and repeat.

Runners Squat - Get in a position like you were going to start running (not in the blocks) squat down every 4 squats jump and switch feet.

Jumping Hiesmans - Start in the Heisman position (right knee up right hand out) jump to the right bringing the left knee and hand up, switch about every 2 seconds.

Cresent Kicks outside, inside outside inside switching feet every time

Repeat Section 1 Then take 1 minute break.

Section 2
Squat jump reach - same as before but now reach up as high as you can.

Runners squat ver 2 - same as before switch every time

Double Pump Heisman - Start the same but now when you go side to side put in two quick steps (like running the tires of foot ball)

Circle Run - run small circle around towel on ground 30 sec clockwise 30 second counter clock.

Repeat Section 2

This is a start will post sections 3 and 4 later.

I read all this stuff and I think......

I really am not fit at all!! lol

200 pressups 200 pullups! wtf... Handstand press ups.. I can't even do a hand stand with my hands and my head.

With you there mate, if i do pushups i do sets of 20 followed by 20 Situps then pressups then situps.
