Ok, simpler than I thought

Should there be any stretching of some kind when I'm finnished excercising?

Only the same as the warm up and try interlacing your fingers and pushing you palms out. You can do you wrists by bending them throught their range of motion.

It's worth it! After all, they say that the hands are the first thing a woman takes notice of after a kiss... if you get my meaning..

Eagle catcher.

I'm not sure who is modeling this eagle catcher but they have really thin wrists . It looks like a good tool though (not that I have had a chance to use one).

Any heavy weapon training is good for improving your wrist and finger strength. Not even heavy weapons actually, just things you need to keep a constant grip on. Kendo seems to work really well for this kind of thing. One of the school principals I worked with was an 8th dan in kendo (currently the maximum achievable level) and he almost crushed my hand the first time I met him. He retired this year so pretty damn good for an old timer. Imagine what he was like in his prime.

haha Tony they look like my wrists!

Hopefully if I buy one of those items my wrists might double in size///

To be honest I would rather take the advice of Sam and Tony on doing more body focused exercises.

The gyroscope self perpetuating powerball is good for the wrists.. and fun http://www.nsdpowerballs.com/store.cfm?gclid=CIaowZL_npQCFQyR1QodL2hDtg

I got one and although I havent used it for a while it does work well. Not traditional or old fasion finger pressups but its a cheap fun way to exercise the wrists.

I have one of those eagle claw things but not used it lately, it's pretty good though. I also have some grippers on my desk at work that are quite handy and increase strength.

Hey want simpler and cheaper methods of developing fingers and wrists?

Fingers -
Gripping exercises. Simply open and close your hands making sure to make a tight fist each and every time. See if you can get 500 in a minute.

Get some silly putty about 3 eggs worth, then use the putty as a grip development tool. - Cost ~ $4.00

Wrists -

Do wrist push ups. Place the backs of your hands on the floor fingers pointing to the center. This works flexability and stregnth.

Thats 8.3 full extensions of your fingers and closing them into a tight fist per second. Sorry to sound sceptical but is that really achievable?

For a kung fu master, yes!
Not for me though...
