I personally use my nunchaku for developing wrist strength-adding wrist rotations to some parts of my practicing as really helped. Try watching 'Drunken Master' for some tips on building wrist strength

Fingers -
Gripping exercises. Simply open and close your hands making sure to make a tight fist each and every time. See if you can get 500 in a minute.

Thats 8.3 full extensions of your fingers and closing them into a tight fist per second. Sorry to sound sceptical but is that really achievable?

Didn't say it was achieveable. Just said see if you could do it. But nice to see that some people are keeping their heads on. The best I've ever done 180 in a minute. But I always stive to do 500 in a minute. Who knows someday LOL

Re:Wrist and finger building 4 Months ago
Hey, I decided to add a little weight to my dumb bells the other day, and I immediately noticed that my left wrist made a nasty cracking sound as I did some lifts, and there was some pain too. Is this something I should just push through, working my way up carefully so my wrist gets used to the pressure on it or should I work more on strengthening the wrist with some of the stuff suggested here first?

If you step off the path, you will eventually fall.
When you do, get back up and return.
