OK more of a gymnastic move than a MA move but often seen in MA demos, kip ups if you don’t know, are the way you can flick yourself from your back onto your feet.

I taught myself how to kip up in my teens but now 20 years on it appears that I’m the only adult in the club that can and I’ve been asked to teach others how to do it.

Trouble is I just do it and don’t really remember how I learned how to. Does anyone have any experience of teaching others how to kip up?
