Wrist and finger building 6 Months ago
Right... now I've always been very skinny and rather weak, but thanks to the fantastic phenomenon known as puberty I've finaly started building those muscles we men revere. I do, however, still have a couple of problem areas. My wrists, and my fingers/hands.

So, does anyone know of some good finger building and/or wrist building exercises? (Don't bother telling me about finger push-ups! I can't do those for the life of me!)

Anyway, any advise will be much apreciated!

Wow!

I've never seen any training instrument quite like that!
It looks like a good training device, but where can I get one?

Hello,

I know how you feel. In the past I had sticks for forearms so I worked on them and ended up being able to out grip test (grip presure test - whatever you want to call it) my local weight lifting champion.

It's all about exercises that pinch or hold. Look up plate pinches and start to work on them then get a tennis ball and start trying (if you can I'll be impressed) to crush it with your hands. And then get into deadlifting and other exercises like that which require you to hold onto a large amount while you perform to motion. Finger press ups are good and you build up to them buy starting on you kitchen work surface then your coffee table and then the floor.

Follow the above and you'll be able to crush the opposition!

I agree wholeheartedly with Sam. Don't just focus on your forearms in isolation. Do deadlifts, farmer's walk, and pull-ups. If you can't do a pull-up, just hang on the bar at the top position of the pull-up. The more body you can involve, the faster your forearms will grow.
