Here is a clip of one of my all time favourite Taekwondo ITF fighters: Tomaz Barada

(Please ignore the MI2 theme tune! )

Sometimes commentators are a little quick to put down TKD fighters but for me this guys steely determination and meat n potato techniques are really something.
