Usually once a month in the US, but then there are also the UK events, plus fight nights (which are smaller events)

Next one is next weekend.

I usually don't watch it live as it messes up my sleep for training the next day. The repeat is usually on Sunday evening.

I haven't got into the Ultimate Fighter this series yet, but I think that is on thursday nights.
