From what I've read, there's something of a belief that, if you can do this stuff, you have nothing to fear in a fight.
I certainly wouldn't want to fight someone 'that' mental.

I didn't know whether to laugh or cry. Maybe they're practising evading a fight by jumping off a building and through a window rather than getting "hurt" in a fight
