That the towers could not have collapsed because of the aircraft impact, as they were designed to withstand it.
It's more likely that it was a controlled demolition, which implies.....

In the clip you haven't listened to.
The guy speaking is one of the consultants who appeared in the BBC documentary.

Of course the BBC would never be used to spin the public a line would it?

We wouldn't want to think that our own governemt would blow up buildings in the UK with people inside, just to gain support for a war about oil, sorry, I mean terror.

My personal feelings on the matter is that the US government had no involvement with the events of 9/11. What happened that day was a tragic, tragic loss of life at the hands of brainwashed murderers.

I think this 'whole movement' campaign is based on a deep rooted American pride, a pride that cannot accept that the events of that day caught the worlds only superpower sleeping.


We hear the same things over Princess Diana, JFK etc.


What should worry us more is having nuclear material sprayed on our sushi - but thats for an entirely new topic!

So the US government deliberately blew up the Twin Towers on the basis that they wanted to go to war in Iraq?

I just don't buy it. Governments struggle to do the day to day stuff never mind a conspiracy as large and complex as this

God knows they've come up with less reasoning for previous wars. I'm just waiting to see what happens with Iran and Israel. There's a lot of chest puffing going on. Its a shame you can't just move entire countries.

I was reading a really interesting piece on this in the Times on friday. Basically it was saying Israel couldnt launch an attack on Iran without the support from the US as it would need air space over Iraq.

On the flip side the US have no stomach for such actions as a) It would probably push crude oil over $200 a barrel, b) they are currently over stretched in Iraq and Afghanistan c) Only limited time until end of year before Bush leaves office.

That said there is no way on earth Israel will tolorate a nuclear Iran.

All I can say kids is im glad im sat behind a computer in Leeds!

I'm not suprised to be honest, i don't think i'd be happy with a country that hates me possibly having the capability to nuke me in my bed.

Those towers fell after explosions in the buildings, The supports were all cut at 45' angles just like a profession demolition job...

Also the pentagon... a plane hit it?? although no signs of an aircraft was found, and second to that every security camera in the area that would have seen this plane comin was confiscated by the FBI immediately after the attack happened.
The hole in the building was not the size of said plane....

Another thing you don't realise is that another building also was destroyed in USA without anyplanes hitting it. This building fell in the same time as the two towers.

There has been many witnesses coming forward about all kinds of things going on and we do know that the guys at the top are corrupted and greedy, why would they really care about a few buildings and a few 1000 people??

So you think that the US government blew up the twin towers?

They thought let's blow up the twin towers, an adjacent building and part of the pentagon and then we will start a war in Afghanistan and from there we will look to start a war with Iraq, which is really what our goal is, in the name of making money?

What about the Madrid bombings? What about 7/7 bombings in London?

Why can't you accept that it was a terrorist attack? They flew planes into the two main towers. The planes caused severe structural damage and started fires. All this became too much for the integrity of the building and the floors above the impact point fell on the ones underneath causing in turn the lower floors to fall on top of each other.

The third tower was hit by debris from one of the other towers that compromised it's integrity. Other buildings were hit by the debris as well.

If it was a set up, why on earth would they have deliberately targeted this third building specifically? In the planning meeting did they think, "hey the twin towers aren't enough, lets blow up a third building as well even though we'll only use two planes"??

As far as the Pentagon is concerned, we're talking about a military base. Don't you think that they would want to move the debris asap? With regards to the FBI confiscating cctv footage, I don't know whether this is true or not. Wouldn't it make sense that they would want to see any footage given that they want to investigate what happened? I suppose the thing is how many cctv camera point up at the sky so they probably didn't get much.

I think that the attack was the result of terrorists who did not like America.
