again, like many others I always listen to headphones.
The only time I don't is the odd occasion when my iPod isn't charged or whatever

And about that switching-the-music-off-but-still-keeping-the-headphones-in...
well this is weird but sometimes if i'm not on playlist and the music finishes, I'm so in my jogging/training that I don't even realize that there's no music playing, but I guess this doesn't count
