Not quite embarrasing but almost marriage ending.
I decided to impress my wife by demonstrating that I could get my foot higher than her head by doing a cresent kick over it. Before she could protest, I was off. Problem was I was wearing jeans with not much crutch space and didn't quite get over her head and kicked her in the face. Much screaming and tears followed and I am still apologising.
Not martial arts related but very embarassing. I got set on fire with petrol at Glastobury festival and ended up in the burns unit at Frenchay hospital in Bristol. My hands were hels above head height on wheeled supports, my face was so swollen I could not speak. I decided to try to get up and go to the toilet (mistake) and within 3 feet from my bed my ill fitting hospital pyjama bottoms slipped down round my anklesleaving me in the middle of the ward at visiting time with my wedding vegetables on display to all and sundry. If this wasn't bad enough, I had only just got out of another hopital after an operation on said wedding vegetables and they had beed shaved in a rather strange manner for the surgery. Not being able to speak or walk I could not summon help or explain my odd pubic hairdo, visitors didn't want to approach the weirdo in the middle of the ward and i was left stranded for ages (may have been less than a minute but seemed like hours).
I am mentally scarred for life by the experience.

The thing I was most embarassed about, was a young female student that had a crush on me.
Think she was about 14 at the time.
Here eyes followed me everywhere and what made it worse, was that her mother and brother were in the class too.
Turns out, she had a natural gift for art and bashfully approached me at the end of class, with a portrait of me that she'd drawn from memory.
Fortunately, the 'crush' died and they stopped training as I think the mother had the 'hots' for me too!

Drunk people, bonfire going out, petrol can, me in way.
I did however probably have more drugs (morphone, pethiodine, entinox) than most of the people there and mine were legal and free.
