Is there anyway I can stop getting an email everytime someone replies to a post of mine?

I've had a look around and can't find where I would do this.

Yes, underneath the message box, just under the submit button there is a box you can uncheck to unsubscribe from the email alerts.

Yeah we're planning to make this a little moe obvious when the profile area get a re-vamp... sorry its a bit hard to find at the mo!
