I'm looking for a sparring partner - light sparring only - in muay thai in Elephant and Castle, London (or around central / south east London). I've been doing it for a year or so and, although I have about two sessions a week, a number of others have recently joined (whereas I was fortunate to spend about 6 months alone with my instructor) and I'm concerned that I'm not getting enough exercise / technique practice out of the sessions. I'm 80 kilos (yes, heavy, but I'm trying to get lighter and give up smoking at the same time so it's a struggle, all right?!) and 5'6" (168 cm) and a female. I also do one session a week alone with my instructor.
