Hmmm, I seem to remember writing an article about KFM - it was a style guide. I would find you the link but I can't seem to spot it.

kfm looks really good and practical from what i have seen and heard. its a purely a self defence art and that is why its open to a lot of Criticism as i know studying wing chun. i really want to learn some of this new art and im thinking of traveling to milton keynes for a weekend if the study it. i read about it a in a magazine and it got me hooked on it so if there is an interview on her you should give it a read.

Innovation is all good. Unless your the creater of garden gnomes...

As I said. Enlighted me!

And TKTony they poop magic dust which stops the police from doing anything to stop them misbehaving!

Ok I've just watched a load of videos on KFM and now I'm even more confuzzed!

Lots of guitar shreading and complicated moves that although use a lot of headbutts and elbows (my two favs) don't really look like they could be applied in anything other than a full blown fight ie lots of strength needed and little self defense application.

gomes from being a student of krav maga I know where your coming from with the getting critised - only if I was able to 100% flatten someone in a demo would people believe it! - but are there any technical videos? I would like to see why they do what they do.

Its a damn serious picture, not dtecting much humour when looking at it.
RE: KFM it looks great, this and posibly Krav Maga would suit the training I would enjoy and the way I feel comfortable fighting, however I only have limited time to train and as I have progressed in TKD I stick with it (enjoy it too) There just seem to be enough training opportunities for either of these styles, if I had more time I would find something probablly. Does anyone think there is much to be learnt from day courses or are they just tasters?

Re:KFM 4 Months ago
Hello everybody

Another good topic for me... and today I have the muse very active, so I put some words about KFM. As I know it's a JKD evolution since the founders have trained on JKD a lot, but they added movements used in real fights and created a gross motor skills system, very good in my opinion... BTW I don't like the guard position they use, protecting the head, because I think they overemphasize it use... but the other concepts and movements are very good, and works...

here a link to the KFM Promo Videos: in youtube are more...

Take care
