Re:Tactical Firearms Use 5 Months ago
Okay, so not as heard of as "America", but did you know that 1in4 people in the UK have access to a gun? (Official statistics, shown on the news a couple of days ago)

I didnt deny we had access to firearms. I even stated a fact from a news story with regards the access from criminals. It would be like saying we didnt have access to drugs.

However, even going on your facts of 1 in 4, you could still argue that for 75% of the population owning a weapon is an alien concept compared to america where citezens see it as there RIGHT.

Yep, I'm with Pete on this one, in the UK we just don't have the same relationship with guns as in the US, the majority of people simply do not have access to a gun.

However, that doesn't stop us from knifing each other, as I found out a couple of months ago at the school I work at!

Re:Tactical Firearms Use 1 Month ago
Well this post turned into a Firearm debate rather than a tactical fire arm use post...

UK can get guns if they want and the are legal firing ranges that have ALL kinds of guns...
Anyone can buy a shotgun and anyone can by air weapons. Yes I said air weapons.. lol you think its petty but some air pistols are dam powerful and at a 'mugging' range could still kill or seriously damage you.

I have air weapons and have fired a selection of real guns so I know what they do and how they work to a basic level.

Using a gun def needs to be at ranged, but guns can be a good parry weapon if close aswell as using the hilt/base of the gun for strikes. Pistols is pretty much point and shoot, but rifle's would have to be laying down with a good scope preferebly camo with a good but monitored escape route. Maybe lay a clay moor or something... OK getting OTT but then again so was this post lol.

I mean tactical firearm use? against or using one on someone? Best tac tics for firearms is to melt them all down and have world peace but thats unrealistic.. HIPPY ALAERT lol
