"Before you continue, please allow me to explain what we are trying to achieve. This site is not intended to be a definitive guide to Aikido. To achieve this it would have to be far larger and besides there are many other sites and books that do this more thoroughly and effectively than we could ever hope to do.

The aim of this site is to give you some insight as to who we are and what we are trying to achieve.

I sincerely hope that after spending some time on this site you will see that
we are simply a group of people studying Aikido in a friendly and welcoming
atmosphere. It is also our hope that you will then decide to come and train
with us.
If this is the case, then brilliant. If you decide not to, then
we wish you the best of luck in whatever you are looking for.
