Many people are being attracted to the functional nature of the training. Every technique we practice is designed to work against a resisting, unpredictable opponent. We don’t see any point in learning techniques which will only work if your opponent lets you do it, or relies on them attacking you in a certain way. It is this approach which contributes to making MMA the most effective self-defence system and one hell of a SPORT!.We pride ourselfs at D-TEC on being a real Mixed Martial Arts club focusing on competition under the Pseudonym "Team Asylum" as well as self defence we have active Pro, Semi pro cage fighters and a list of upcoming submission & Muay Thai fighters.
