"Kempo / Kenpo and Jujitsu / Ju jutsu are complementary martial arts. Kempo / Kenpo is primarily a striking art using rapid hand strikes, combined with attacks to nerve and pressure points, Kempo / Kenpo training is based on partner practice rather than Kata as in many striking styles such as Karate.

Jujitsu (also spelt JuJutsu, Jiu Jitsu or Jiu Jutsu) is generic term name describing many styles of hand to hand combat such as - Goshin Jutsu, Taijutsi, Aki jujitsu. The style we have combined with Kempo / Kenpo, is 'Goshin Jutsu', a Gendai (modern) form of Jujitsu / Jujutsu (In this case, Goshin simply means 'Self Defence') This gives us a complete martial art for self defence combining fast targeted striking with nerve and pressurepoint manipulation, throws, locks, restraints, strangles and chokes.

Kempo Jujitsu is a complete art for street self defence, there is no sporting application and there are no illegal targets or submissions
