A traditional full contact martial art as founded by the famous Mas Oyama, Tony has been training since 1980 has competed as a full contact fighter, he has also cross trained for five years in ju jutsu mma, intelligent self protection, and russell stutleys OCFM .

Its nice to see people coming back to the real art of the traditional but also the reality way forward where we are going back to what martial arts are all about self defence/ preservation.
