"Welcome to Chois R Us, a project with the aim of introducing Martial Arts in Aberdeenshire schools to children with special needs.

My name is Brian Jay and I started this project because my 14 year old son James, who is partially sighted and has been diagnosed with Aspergers Syndrome, was either bullied or refused access to some sports activities because of his sight. James is now a 2nd degree black belt.
I started up Dyce Choi Kwang Do to train him and give him something to do.
The result was he became fitter, more confident, helps with other children in class, and achieved his black belt all of which raised his self esteem.
